Job Overview

BuyBuzz Infra LLP is looking for confident, presentable, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and strong persuasive abilities to engage clients, understand their requirements, and convert business opportunities into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Present suitable real estate projects and explain their features, benefits, and investment potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update client information in the company's records.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Vehicle: Personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong persuasive power and the ability to handle client queries confidently.
• A confident, well-groomed, and professional personality with a positive presence.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle client meetings and property visits independently.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or business development will be an advantage.
