About Interview Prep

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The role involves communicating with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant programs, and supporting the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through phone calls and company communication channels.
• Understand learners' career goals, professional background, and learning requirements.
• Explain program structure, curriculum, eligibility, schedule, and enrollment process clearly and accurately.
• Conduct counselling conversations and understand learner requirements.
• Recommend relevant programs based on the learner's requirements.
• Follow up with interested prospects throughout the sales process.
• Address questions and objections related to program , curriculum, schedule, and enrollment.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments while working toward individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the company's CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience.
• Maintain professional communication with prospective and enrolled learners.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, career counselling or EdTech sales is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable communicating with prospective customers over the phone.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to follow up consistently with prospective learners.
• Comfortable working in an in-person office environment.
