About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is passionate about sales, communication, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective parents, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant learning programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

This is a target-driven international B2C sales role, primarily catering to customers in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand parents' requirements and recommend suitable Codeyoung programs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and counselling sessions with parents.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Codeyoung's programs.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to conversion.
• Achieve individual weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with parents and prospective customers.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with warm and interested leads.
• Collaborate with the counselling and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
• Track sales performance and continuously work on improving conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Telesales, or Counselling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems and basic MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to work in a US/night shift and from the Bengaluru office.
• Candidates with experience in international sales or US market sales will be preferred.
