Job Title: Business Development Admin

Job Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, near Calicut University

job responsibilities include

Client Enquiry & CRM Management

  • Add and record the enquiry in the CRM system in real time
  • Log enquiries and route them to the relevant BD or Client Relations team member for timely follow-up
  • CRM & Data Management.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client and prospect information.

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings between clients and the appropriate Client Relations or Operations point of contact (POC)
  • Organize BD meeting schedules, take minutes, and track action points

Proposal & Documentation Support

Assist in the preparation of proposals, Letters of Engagement (LOEs), and presentations for prospective clients using company tools.

  • Track and manage proposal/contract expiry dates, pending documentation, and onboarding progress.
  • Maintain filing and ensure all client documentation is complete and organized in portal.

Meeting Minutes & Follow-up

  • Capture clear and structured Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) during BD and client discussions.
  • Circulate action points to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups on leads, meetings, and client onboarding tasks.

Client Communication

  • Assist in drafting follow-up emails and maintaining professional client communication
  • Onboarding & Internal Coordination
  • Support onboarding processes by collecting, checking, and uploading required documents
  • Assist in coordinating internal client handovers from BD to Operations/Client Services

Marketing & Collateral Support

  • Support the preparation of reference materials, case studies, and marketing materials in collaboration with the MARCOM team.

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit activity reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly basis, covering enquiries, onboarding status, proposals, client engagement and other relevant aspects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in client relations, business development, or CRM management.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
