Prepare Business Budgets for the set of customers in the assigned territory 2. Develop strategies and tactics to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target 3. Identify potential business opportunities through rigorous lead generation efforts 4. Plan and ensure customers in the territory are visited on a regular basis 5. Demonstrate product capabilities to potential clients through use of presentations, case studies and other marketing collaterals 6. Uncover customer pain areas and real needs with respect to the application and propose an effective solution 7. Participate in the client meetings to explore possibilities of cross-sell & Up-sell opportunities 8. Oversee multiple key customer accounts and ensure 100% adherence to laid down rules of engagement 9. Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Annual volume & value targets 10. Ensure that payments of outstanding bills are received on time as per the monthly targets Desirable 1. Build relationships with key stakeholders in the customers decision making unit 2. Stay up to date with market trends including changing customer preferences, competition activities, etc to ensure business development 3. Provide new product insights basis market intelligence for the region 4. Gather market feedback and consumer insights and provide input to management on a regular basis

Corporate sales, concept sales 3. Handling Brand and Investor portfolio 4. Channel Development/Franchise Development 5. Selling various bands (or business /franchising concepts) 6. Develop franchise model & process in line with client requirements/business adaptability 7. Acquiring of investors for franchisee sales 8. Servicing of investors/ Client and Customer Relations. 9. Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per investment bandwidth, location, and work profile. 10. Working as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing of agreement 11. Arranging site visits and maintaining loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures. 12. Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investor for increasing the closure probability. 13. Responsible for maintaining win-win situation for both client as well as investors hence providing total client as well as investors satisfaction.
