As a hands-on professional, you should possess excellent written and verbal English skills. The capability to comprehend design and development scopes independently, design architecture, and create database designs is crucial. You must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Java programming for websites, portals, e-commerce, or mobile-based websites, with a total of 5-6 years in Java. Experience in mobile technologies for developing mobile-optimized websites and apps is preferred. Proficiency in the following technical skills is required at a level of 80-90%: Java (Java 1.5 or newer, JSP, Servlets, J2EE, JDBC, Web Services), frameworks like Struts1.2/Struts2, Hibernate, Axis, and Log4j, Java Design Patterns (Singleton, Factory), J2EE Design Patterns (Business Delegate, DAO, Front Controller, MVC), servers such as Apache Tomcat 5 and beyond, databases like MySQL 5 and above, PL/SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
