Role & responsibilities We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager with strong domain knowledge in Data Analysis / Business Analysis to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong analytical and statistical skills towards taking complex business problems, wide variety of quantitative data, and provide structured and data-supported practical solutions towards optimizing shipping problems. Serve as a trusted partner to business units, translating complex analytical results into business insights, create necessary tools/reports to monitor and ensure program success. High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and documentation. Proven track record of using analytics to drive significant business impact, creating deep-dives and presenting work efficiently. Skills : B.Tech in a quantitative field like Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics etc. 5+ years of experience, at least 4 years of relevant analytics experience Strong experience in SQL, Tableau, A/B testing, Excel and Business analysis Proficiency in a statistical programming language like R or Python would be a plus. Strong Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Good communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
