Our goal is to simplify compliance for startups, MSMEs, and large enterprises, ensuring they meet all legal and quality standards effortlessly. Job Overview: As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, pitching our consulting services, and converting leads into clients. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their compliance needs and offering suitable service solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and online research. Understand client requirements related to business registration, licenses, and certifications (ISO, ISI, FSSAI, MSME, etc.). Present and explain company services to potential clients effectively. Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales. Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and pipeline status. Collaborate with the operations and documentation team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Participate in marketing events, webinars, and client meetings when required. Provide feedback from clients to improve services and customer experience. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in consulting, legal, compliance, or service industry. Good understanding of regulatory services like ISO Certification, ISI Mark, Company Registration, etc., is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
