Business Consultant Customer & Marketing

As a seasoned Business Analyst at Colruyt, you will collaborate with the business and IT organizations to deliver business-led, technology-enabled solutions that cater to unique challenges and opportunities. Your role involves analyzing processes, identifying improvements, and elaborating solutions to optimize business processes. You will be responsible for describing, testing, and implementing solutions while supporting the business partner in securing these solutions within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and modeling the to-be system to identify improvements and efficiency for the business - Describing both functional and non-functional requirements - Detailing business requirements for technology solutions and assisting development teams in realizing these solutions - Preparing test cases, test data, and documenting scenarios to evaluate solutions - Following the communication plan to ensure key stakeholders are informed - Working with business and project managers on change management plans, preparing user manuals, and providing instructions to users To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - 8+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in business analysis - Openness to learning and adapting to changes - Strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships across all levels and departments - Analytical thinking and attention to detail - Customer-oriented approach - Assertiveness and the ability to challenge others - Fluency in English for both verbal and written communication Desirable competencies include: - Experience in working with APIs and defining signatures - Ability to propose logical data models for systems - Domain expertise in retail, ecommerce, supply chain, warehouse management, finance, or marketing - Experience in working with onsite-offshore delivery approaches for large IT projects - Proficiency in requirements elicitation practices such as interviews, questionnaires, user stories, and prototyping - Guiding discussions to define IT solutions and processes in collaboration with business teams, architects, and developers - Analyzing and describing the functional behavior of systems using UML or other standard modeling techniques like Use Case Modeling or storyboarding If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving business transformation through technology solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
