Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Office Operations Oversee daily office operations and ensure the workspace is organized and well-maintained Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment; place orders as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management Handle incoming mail, packages, and correspondence Clerical & Support Tasks Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) Prepare documents, reports, and presentations Organize company records, documents, and confidential information securely Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination Staff & Visitor Support Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees Help onboard new employees (workspace setup, badges, office orientation) Assist team members with administrative needs Finance & Reporting Process invoices and expense reports Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks Track office-related budgets Event & Meeting Coordination Arrange company staff meetings Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare spaces for meetings Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
