Lead the interaction with bid process coordinators (BPC) for any clarification in bid documents. Interact with contractor or other functions for any specific requirement by client or BPC. Understand key business drivers in the territories where the opportunities are offered, such as consumer mix, power mix, growth potential etc. Conduct a detailed due diligence of the financials, the applicable regulations impacting future cashflows/business of the counterparties. Prepare and finalize data book in discussion with functional teams. Work along with Investment Analysis team on development and finalization of the financial models Lead the interaction with legal team & consultants for review of project documents, regulatory & legal due diligence. Assess health, safety & environment related issues with the help of corporate environment management team & consultants.
