The ideal candidate will possess Commercial domain Knowledge in Healthcare Professional (HCP) and patient engagement, HCP and patient Data knowledge, understanding of Pharma brand Management, sales & marketing, Customer segmentation, targeting strategy, Forecasting, market access, Product Launch strategy, and Product Lifecycle management. For Business Analyst role, the candidate should excel in Requirements Gathering, demonstrating exceptional skills in requirement gathering sessions, organizing requirements into a user requirements document, writing well-formed requirements, and managing changes through user stories. Utilization of tools like Azure Devops, Jira, etc., to record, track, and manage requirements is expected. In Business Analysis, the candidate should review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure understanding of an organization's function and capabilities. Conducting research to develop comprehensive solutions, formulating logical recommendations, and utilizing appropriate business modeling techniques are crucial. For Agile Roles, familiarity with Agile methodologies, including prior experience as a scrum master, product owner, RTE, or product manager, is desired. Possessing relevant certifications like CSPO, CSM, SAFe, etc., will be advantageous. In Project and Program Management, performing PMO functions to enhance project/program success is essential, along with prior experience as a business project manager or business program manager. Relevant certifications such as PMP are beneficial. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Business Development and Strategy, Domain Consulting, and Consulting skillset. They should be willing to learn other skillsets within the Lifesciences consulting team and have experience in the Pharma Commercial domain. The ideal candidate will have a technology and business background, envisioning how technology can solve business problems and create a competitive advantage. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, IT Consulting, and contributing to consulting and domain mindshare activities is required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and experience with MS Visio and PowerPoint are valuable skills. Overall, the candidate should be customer-focused, well-versed in the pharmaceutical market, familiar with industry trends, and capable of leading teams in projects, business development, and research activities.,
