Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Good to have skills :
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Agile Testing, Configuration Management (CM)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

15 years full time education
Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and developing strategic business solutions that align with the client''s vision. You will also engage in discussions to refine business cases and ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and impactful.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Expected to be an SME.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Develop and present business cases that outline the benefits and costs of proposed solutions.
    Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Agile Project Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Configuration Management (CM), Agile Testing.
  • Good To Have
    Skills:
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Configuration Management (CM), Agile Testing.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
