You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the business. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements- Ensure alignment of business goals with technology solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical- Strong understanding of business process analysis- Experience in developing business solutions- Knowledge of CRM best practices- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
