Project Role : Business Architect Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve conducting current state assessments, analyzing customer requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative business solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Accountable for the Analysis & Design of the solution including running the Process Led Workshops, gathering requirements, identifying Gaps against the 1. Must be able to understand the requirements, functional & technical solution and do development based on the requirements. Must have worked in T24 implementation projects Strong understanding of Retail/corporate banking process Prior experience of writing FSD, TSD, IRD, ITD is must Able to manage team members by allocating tasks on daily basis Monitor completion status and issues Professional & Technical Skills: Must have good experience in T24 implementation, customization development. Good understanding of Core modules, AA Framework, Extensibility Framework, TAPIs, Hooks, TAFJ, Data migration etc. Should have good experience in writing Java routines, Interface development, IRIS, Integration Framework, API Development, Extensibility framework etc. Candidate should possess excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills Experience working in Agile environment Ability to learn new client applications Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Temenos Transact. This position is based at our Chennai office. Min 15 years full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years full time education
