Job Description – Business Analytics Faculty

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Position Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Analytics Faculty to join our academic team in Calicut. The candidate should have strong subject expertise, practical knowledge of analytics tools, and excellent English communication skills to deliver high-quality teaching and mentoring to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in Business Analytics, Data Science, and related domains.
• Mentor and guide students in projects, internships, and case studies.
• Develop course materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow faculty for continuous improvement in teaching methodology.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in Business Analytics to enhance curriculum delivery.

Mandatory Requirement

• Strong English communication skills (oral & written) to ensure effective teaching and student engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree (MBA / M.Sc. / M.Tech) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience in Business Analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, real-world applications.
