Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training in Business Analytics, Banking & Finance, and Hospital Administration. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ practical knowledge, employability skills, and industry readiness through structured sessions, case studies, and hands-on activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommon Responsibilities (All Domains)

  • Deliver theory and practical sessions as per approved syllabus
  • Prepare session plans, PPTs, case studies, and assignments
  • Conduct assessments, quizzes, pre & post evaluations
  • Maintain attendance, session reports, and student feedback
  • Support placement readiness through real-world examples
  • Coordinate with college coordinators and academic teams
  • Ensure timely completion of syllabus and quality delivery

Domain-Specific Responsibilities Business Analytics Trainer

  • Teach tools like Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python (Basics)
  • Explain data analysis, data visualization, dashboards, and reporting
  • Work on real-time business case studies
  • Introduce basic statistics and data-driven decision making

Banking Trainer

  • Train students on Banking Operations & Financial Services
  • Cover Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Loans, KYC, AML
  • Explain RBI guidelines, digital banking, fintech basics
  • Use real-world banking scenarios and case discussions Hospital Administration Trainer
  • Deliver training on Hospital Operations & Management
  • Cover Healthcare systems, NABH standards, medical records
  • Explain front office, HR, billing, insurance & healthcare laws
  • Introduce hospital workflow, patient care & quality management

Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM / M.Com / M.Sc / BBA / B.Com / Healthcare Management
  • Relevant certifications preferred

Skills

  • Strong subject knowledge & communication skills
  • Ability to explain concepts with practical examples
  • Experience in training college students preferred
  • Comfortable with presentations and interactive teaching

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Industry professionals with training experience
  • Trainers who have handled value-added / skill development programs
  • Ability to adapt content for UG & PG students

Remuneration

  • As per session/hour basis
  • Industry-standard compensation (negotiable)

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹600.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
