Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst / Project Manager to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder engagement, solution design, and project coordination, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze requirements from customers, stakeholders, and industry experts Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications Design solutions that align with customer expectations and industry standards Analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to inform decision-making Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and project documentation Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project delivery Support project planning, tracking, and coordination activities Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards during solution design and implementation Work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Required Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, compliance, and terminology Understanding of healthcare databases, software applications, and related technologies Experience in creating documentation, workflows, and project reports
