Job Description

We are seeking an experienced developer based in Bengaluru to play a key role in driving transformational efforts. Strong communication skills are paramount, and you will be expected to constructively share reasoned views and opinions in various team forums, both technically and regarding our performance as an Agile team. Effectively meeting the demands of our challenging mandate requires a passion for continuous learning, as well as deep understanding and experience across a wide array of technical competencies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. 5+ years programming in an object-oriented language such as C++, Java, Python, or C#. Application development using relational or object-oriented databases . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Ability to perform complex debugging and root-cause analysis . Close interaction with business users to understand and help shape requirements. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience . Clear and confident communication skills . Preferred Qualifications Banking IT experience , especially with OTC Derivative products, is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided.
