Business Analyst/Operations Analyst(Motor Insurance)

Role Overview: You will be joining Binary Semantics, a client-centric global software development company offering IT services, Consulting services, and Knowledge services across various industry segments. As a Business Analyst/Operations Executive, your role will involve leveraging your expertise in the BFSI domain, particularly in Insurance, to analyze business requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to the successful implementation of enterprise-level projects. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 3+ years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a specific focus on Insurance, to fulfill the role of a Business Analyst/Coordinator. - Demonstrate strong expertise in business analysis methodologies, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. - Showcase excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Possess a basic understanding of Architecture (Logical) principles and familiarity with technologies like Mainframe, Cloud, and Automation. - Work collaboratively in Agile, waterfall, and SDLC models, ensuring project success within specified timelines. - Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools such as MS Visio and Excel to create process flow diagrams, approach documents, and other necessary documentation. - Engage in the implementation of 3rd party integrations and contribute to the overall success of enterprise-level projects. - Demonstrate strong documentation and interpersonal skills throughout all project phases. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) coupled with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). - Minimum 3 years of experience in the BFSI domain, preferably with a focus on the Insurance sector. - Proficiency in Requirement Gathering & Analysis, with the ability to translate business requirements into product-specific designs and detailed Requirement Definitions. - Prior experience in supporting Business Development Teams will be advantageous. - Working knowledge of SQL commands will be preferred for this role.
