Business Analyst/Data Analyst

The role would require you to give end-to-end support to the product development and analytics services teams and maintain a strong relationship with our clients. You should have 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Excel. Knowledge of basic statistics is essential. In-depth knowledge of retail demand and fulfilment processes like inventory allocation & replenishment, merchandising buying, product attribution, pricing, promotions, and clearance activities is required. Knowledge of Github and creation of APIs is an added advantage. You should be able to convert business use cases to product modules and have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of business and various processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with strong stakeholder management abilities. You should be able to perform root cause analysis, abstract problem solving, and ideation. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and knowledge of database management for detection, reporting, analysis, and resolution of issues are important. Prior experience working on a product will be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in engineering with strong academic background is required.
