Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements, data analytics, and AI-powered solutions. The role will support the design, implementation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-driven products and services, while collaborating with business stakeholders, clients, operations teams, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, workflows and process improvements.
• Support the implementation and optimization of AI Agents and Generative AI solutions.
• Assist in prompt engineering, prompt testing, and AI response evaluation.
• Support preparation and validation of knowledge sources used for AI solutions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document findings.
• Monitor AI solution performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with client and internal team to convert requirements into AI-solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, test scenarios, and reports.

AI & Generative AI Responsibilities

• Understand client business challenges and identify potential AI-driven solutions.
• Support AI Agent configuration, testing, and optimization.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and business value.
• Assist in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) validation and testing.
• Identify hallucinations, inconsistencies, and response-quality issues.
• Escalate risks, defects, and control failures to senior stakeholders.

Required SkillsBusiness Analysis & Data

• Business requirements gathering and documentation.

AI & Generative AI

• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts.
• Understanding of token and context management.
• Knowledge of system prompts versus user prompts.
• Understanding of structured outputs and tool/function calling concepts.
• Awareness of confidence, uncertainty, and hallucination concepts.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Understanding of RAG fundamentals.
• Knowledge of source validation and authoritative data sources.
• Understanding of retrieval testing and grounded-answer evaluation.
• Awareness of source freshness and information accuracy concepts.

AI Governance & Risk Awareness

• Understanding of prompt injection fundamentals.
• Awareness of data leakage risks.
• Knowledge of safe human-handoff practices.
• Understanding of AI autonomy boundaries.
• Familiarity with escalation criteria and change documentation.
• Awareness of AI disclosure and governance principles.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Python, Power Automate, or automation tools.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and webhook integrations.
• Exposure to OpenAI, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Familiarity with chatbot development or AI projects.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, or related AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 0-2 years of exp in Business Analysis, Analytics, Automation, AI or related domain.
• Fresher graduate with relevant AI, chatbot, automation, or GenAI project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical exposure through internships, academic projects, prototypes, prompt-engineering exercises, chatbots, or automation initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
