Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in Python/Pyspark, SQL, specifically within the Banking domain. This role is based in Bangalore and Pune, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience. As a Business Analyst, you will need a good understanding of Wholesale Business within the Banking sector. Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience with advanced programming languages like Python or Pyspark, as well as SQL. You will be expected to apply analytics techniques to banking data to derive valuable insights. Your role will involve utilizing your data analysis skills to conduct root cause assessments and suggest solutions for issues faced by Risk & Wholesale businesses. Additionally, you will need to apply business and data design principles, risk management strategies, and technology architecture concepts while collaborating with delivery partners. While not mandatory, familiarity with the Prophecy tool would be advantageous for this role. Furthermore, knowledge of Credit Risk Frameworks such as Basel II, III, IFRS 9, and Stress Testing, along with an understanding of their drivers, would be considered beneficial.,
