In this role at EY, you will be part of the GDS-Enablement Services within the sub-service line of Digital Products And Services. With at least 5 years of overall experience and 3+ relevant years of experience, you will play a crucial role as a Business Analyst in the team. Your responsibilities will involve gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, working closely with various departments to identify business needs, and providing effective solutions to business problems. As a Business Analyst at EY, you will need to have an innovative mindset and be prepared for exploration. You will be required to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex business challenges while balancing design, technology, and business priorities. Your proficiency in analyzing customers' business and applications and converting business needs into viable solution blueprints will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating wireframes and UI mock-ups, participating in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions, and developing requirements specifications documentation. Your essential roles and responsibilities will include: - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through meetings and workshops. - Identifying and examining business needs and determining timely and effective solutions to business problems. - Acting as a bridge between the business and the IT team to ensure consistency in requirement gathering and management. - Working with project delivery teams to develop comprehensive and accurate requirement specification documents. - Facilitating clarification meetings with business and project delivery teams to ensure all requirements are fully understood and documented. - Assessing the impact, risks, and benefits of various requirements and proposed solutions. - Verifying with business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure the solution design accurately meets business needs and objectives. - Clarifying technical queries on behalf of the business and validating fixes to defects. - Developing well-thought-out and robust business cases for future projects and initiatives.
