Business Analyst (Remote)

Role Overview

As Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for turning business requirements into clear product specifications and managing development tasks to ensure timely delivery. Youll own the full product lifecycle—from defining requirements through task breakdown and tracking progress—making sure our applications consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Requirements Analysis: Interpret business needs and document clear, structured requirements.

* Specification Writing: Create detailed product specifications and documentation for development teams.

* Task Breakdown: Translate requirements into actionable development tasks with clear priorities.

* Project Oversight: Manage progress, dependencies, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

* Collaboration: Serve as the central point of coordination for developers, designers, and other stakeholders.

* Iteration & Improvement: Track outcomes, refine features, and ensure the final product aligns with the original vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong understanding of web applications and modern software development practices.

* Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).

* Proven ability to break down complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* 4+ years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or a related role.

Nice-to-Have

* Background in software development.

* Experience in automation or B2B SaaS environments.
