Business Analyst / Project Manager ESG Regulatory Reporting

As part of our rapidly expanding team in the UK, we are currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to take on a key role in leading an ESG Regulatory Reporting initiative for a leading Global Custody Bank. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and a team of 3 Alteryx developers to define, plan, and deliver regulatory reporting requirements within an agile environment. Location: Bangalore, India Salary range: 38 to 42 LAKH Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough business analysis by working closely with stakeholders to gather and validate ESG regulatory reporting requirements. You will then translate these requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team. Additionally, you will manage the Agile delivery process, prioritize the product backlog, track sprint progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Stakeholder management is a crucial aspect of this role as you will act as the central point of contact between the Product Owner, developers, and other key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should possess proficiency in SQL, have over 10 years of experience in Data, BI/Analytics, and Data Warehousing, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Prior experience as a BA and/or PM on regulatory reporting projects, particularly in ESG or financial services, is highly desirable. Furthermore, experience working with Alteryx developers or similar ETL/data pipeline teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams are essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with ESG regulations, a background in custody banking or asset servicing, experience with tools like Jira and Confluence, and an understanding of data lineage, data quality, and control frameworks.
