Business Analyst, Program Lead

As an Operations Business Analyst at Lam in the Global Products Group, you will be dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of etch and deposition products. Your role will involve driving innovation to tackle the semiconductor industry's biggest challenges by spearheading process improvement initiatives. Utilizing your data expertise, you will collect and analyze data using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools and apps to develop metrics and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future enhancements. Leading cross-functional project teams, you will communicate team progress and share best practices, highlighting your commitment to operational excellence at Lam. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 3 years of experience, or equivalent qualifications.
