Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Hoolime, you will be at the core of transforming raw data into valuable insights, tools, and processes to enhance agency performance. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing use cases, cleansing data, generating reports, and engaging in product-oriented tasks such as workflow automation and tool testing. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and cleanse data sourced from various systems. - Create Excel reports utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formatting techniques. - Translate numerical data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for informed decision-making. - Develop dashboards and automate routine reporting processes. - Research and evaluate off-the-shelf tools, providing recommendations for adoption. - Utilize no-code applications (e.g., AppSheet, Airtable, Zapier, Power Automate) to streamline workflows. - Deliver presentations of findings through slides or concise memos. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and charts. - Inquisitive and methodical problem-solving skills. - Effective communication abilities to articulate data insights clearly. - Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and/or SQL/Python is a plus. - Exposure to no-code/low-code tools would be advantageous.
