As a candidate, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 5-7 years of industry experience. Strong collaboration and analytical skills are essential, along with a data-driven approach. Experience in Pharmacovigilance and working in large project environments is advantageous. The ability to navigate ambiguity is also crucial for this role.
