Business Analyst- P&C Insurance

As a Business Analyst specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, you will play a crucial role in our team at Coforge. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in technical business analysis within the general insurance industry, particularly in specialty commercial and London markets, you will bring valuable expertise to the table. Your responsibilities will include producing technical requirements such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) or user stories, requirements catalogues, process flows at various levels, as well as conducting gap analysis and impact assessment. Your strong domain knowledge in Finance, underwriting, and reinsurance will be highly advantageous in this role. Effective communication and interaction skills are essential as you will collaborate with both business and technical subject matter experts across different levels. You should excel in creating clear documentation, including business-level definitions in diagrams and written formats. Experience in process mapping, development of data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and other UML techniques will be beneficial. Moreover, your understanding of the regulatory landscape in the insurance industry will be critical for success in this position. Being part of an Agile cross-functional team, you will contribute to team collaboration and assist in developing Business Analysis skills among team members. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to good use, along with your ability to engage with stakeholders at various seniority levels. Experience in data warehouse development, familiarity with data quality challenges, and proficiency in data tools such as SQL and SSRS are highly desirable. Prior experience in Business Intelligence (BI) development encompassing ETL processes and reporting will be advantageous. This role requires hands-on experience with tools like SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred for this role in Greater Noida, Hyderabad, or Pune.
