Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

2. Documentation: Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and use cases.

3. Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design solutions aligned with business goals.

4. Testing & Validation: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

5. Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.

6. Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree: Typically, in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

2. Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) for deep business understanding

3. Proven experience in business analysis roles, especially in tech or AI-driven environments.
