Business Analyst - Liquidity Risk

As an IT Business Analyst specializing in Liquidity Risk at RiskInsight, your role involves bridging business requirements with IT solutions specifically in Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Moody's RiskConfidence (RCO), and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) domains. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements related to liquidity risk and regulatory reporting. - Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. - Translating regulatory requirements such as LCR, MCO, RCO, IRRBB into functional specifications. - Working closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation. - Assisting in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution. - Supporting regulatory projects, audits, and ad-hoc analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector. - Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk Management, particularly LCR and NSFR frameworks. - Familiarity with RCO and IRRBB methodologies and reporting standards. - Ability to effectively engage with both business and technical stakeholders. - Experience in hybrid work environments and agile project delivery is advantageous.
