As a Business Analyst-Life Insurance at LTIMindtree in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following: - Working on Techno-Functional Business Analyst Channel Integration Projects, specifically focusing on integration projects between Insurance company different Banks financial institutions. - Having familiarity with Channel Administration projects, with a preference for experience in Commissions, Incentives, Rewards, Recognition, and Contests. - Handling Policy Administration Servicing and demonstrating excellent knowledge and experience in the Life Insurance Domain. - Taking ownership of delivering life insurance domain platforms process related change and transformation projects within the set time and schedule, ensuring exemplary quality outcomes. - Understanding client business requirements and problem statements to deliver projects in operations transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, techops transformation, applied intelligence analytics, automation, and insurance platforms. - Demonstrating robust communication and collaborative skills, being flexible and responsive to changing scenarios and needs. - Engaging independently with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project period to deliver the desired outcomes. - Possessing basic knowledge in writing SQL Queries.
