Business Analyst - L1

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Wipro Limited, your role is to liaison and bridge the gap between the customer and the Wipro delivery team. You will be responsible for comprehending and analyzing customer requirements and articulating them aptly to the delivery teams to ensure the right solutions are provided to the customer. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and engage with customer requirements - Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements - Detail scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, etc. - Construct workflow charts and diagrams, write specifications after thorough research and analysis - Engage with internal teams to design accurate responses to RFP/RFIs - Communicate the financial and operational impact of changes - Periodic cadence with customers for feedback on proposed solutions - Engage with delivery team for proposing the right solutions to the customer - Provide customer feedback/inputs to the delivery team - Review test cases to ensure coverage of customer requirements - Conduct root cause analysis and deploy new change requests - Support QA team with periodic testing - Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demos - Analyze findings and design improvements - Ensure 100% utilization and stitch the entire response/solution proposed - Build domain expertise and contribute to the knowledge repository - Engage with other BAs to share expertise and increase domain knowledge - Write whitepapers/research papers and share with the consulting community - Identify and create use cases for different projects/accounts - Conduct market research for content development Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: PL-SQL Additional Details of the Company: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company that focuses on building innovative solutions for clients" complex digital transformation needs.
