Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Payroll and Pension systems to support business requirements analysis and legacy application modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payroll and pension applications.
• 
  Understand payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, taxation, pension contributions, benefits, and disbursements.
• 
  Analyze existing application/system functionality, business rules, workflows, and exception scenarios.
• 
  Work with business stakeholders and SMEs to document functional requirements and process flows.
• 
  Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• 
  Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• 
  Support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation.
• 
  Assist in mapping legacy Oracle Forms functionality to the new Python/Django application.

Required Skills:

• 
  Strong knowledge of Payroll and Pension business processes.
• 
  Experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and process documentation.
• 
  Ability to analyze complex business rules and legacy application workflows.
• 
  Experience with SQL and database analysis is preferred.
• 
  Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and UAT processes.
• 
  Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• 
  Experience in payroll or pension system implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• 
  Experience working with Oracle Forms applications and legacy system modernization.
