Business Analyst Intern

As a Business Analyst (BA) Fresher, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, assisting in the development of business strategies, and supporting project management activities. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, document processes, and contribute to the successful execution of projects. Your duties and responsibilities will include assisting in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, supporting the development and documentation of business processes and workflows, collaborating with project managers and developers to ensure alignment of business objectives, conducting market research and analysis to provide insights for business strategies, participating in stakeholder meetings, contributing to project planning and progress tracking, assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management review, and supporting data analysis activities to identify trends and inform decision-making. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with data analysis and market research techniques, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
