Business Analyst, HEDIS HealthCare

As a Business Analyst at the company, your role will involve managing supplemental data sources (SDS) such as audit documentation, HEDIS technical specification review, and tracking of supplemental data sources. Your collaboration with various business areas is crucial to ensure efficient data management with the highest quality and maximum Enterprise gain. Your contributions will support Commercial, Medicare & Medicaid lines of business. You will also play a key role in process improvement by identifying data source opportunities for enhancement and creating associated action plans. Key Responsibilities: - Manage supplemental data sources by understanding clinical data sources used in HEDIS data processing, ensuring audit documentation completion and quality, handling medical record requests, and tracking source documentation readiness. - Maintain documentation of end-to-end data flow of sources, understand data validation reports, and be aware of data load specifications to HEDIS rules engines. - Document audit review outcomes, support Quality Solutions Delivery with HEDIS audit, and address audit issues within required turnaround time. - Develop and produce ad-hoc reports, participate in complex analyses and reports, and work independently while seeking guidance on the most complex tasks.
