Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Minimum of 6 years experience administering and developing customizations on security platforms and managing security administration.

Demonstrated experience with IAM technologies, including Access Management (AM), Directory Services (DS), Identity Lifecycle (IDM), and Identity Gateway (IG).

Strong understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capabilities, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Lifecycle processes, Roles Management, Entitlements, and Identity Governance.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with business objectives.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories & Continuously refine backlog based on user feedback.

Ensure features meet customer needs, compliance, and quality standards.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, and Backlog Refinement).

Drive Agile best practices and organizational adoption of Scrum/Agile.

Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability. Quick learner with a self-driven mindset capable of working independently and collaboratively.
