About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations, payroll verification, invoicing, accounts coordination, reporting, and process improvement. The role will work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and management to ensure that data is accurate, business processes are followed, records are complete, and recurring operational activities are completed on time.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, and can identify discrepancies, coordinate with multiple teams, and prepare clear reports for management.

Key responsibilities

Business analysis and reporting

• Analyse operational, financial, payroll, and business data to identify trends, discrepancies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, trackers, and management summaries using Excel, Google Sheets, or approved reporting tools.
• Collect data from internal teams, validate completeness and accuracy, and maintain organised documentation.
• Track key operational metrics, pending activities, turnaround times, and exceptions.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures, business workflows, and process improvements.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, operations, finance operations, payroll coordination, invoicing, accounts support, or reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting.
• Basic understanding of payroll inputs, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, payroll, HRMS, CRM, or billing systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
