Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end business analytics including tracking, reporting, and dashboards.
Analyse user journeys, funnels, and operations to identify gaps and opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards for Product, Business, and Operations teams.
Define and track key business and operational metrics.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to generate actionable insights.
Identify trends, anomalies, and business risks proactively.
Work with Engineering/Data teams to ensure accurate tracking and clean datasets.
Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Business/Data Analyst (preferably in consumer tech or operations).
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel/Clevertap is a plus.
Solid understanding of key business metrics (conversion, retention, cohorts, churn).
Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
