As a Business Analysis Associate II within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. Leveraging your advanced understanding of data analytics and automation, you will uncover patterns, analyze complex data sets, and develop innovative solutions to support business strategies. Job responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets from varied sources, utilizing advanced data analytics skills to uncover patterns and provide insightful reporting in support of operational and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful implementation of business strategies.
• Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions that have a direct impact on departmental outcomes.
• Provide coaching to team members, empowering them to take ownership of their work while ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
• Define functional and non-functional business requirements for development and commercialization in order to meet business targets.
• Analyze defects by prioritizing and exploring alternative solutions.
• Assisting Project Manager in their functions.
• Supporting Operations readiness activities like preparation of PVT scripts, user guides.
• Handling multiple projects and manage team personnel in order to meet stakeholder expectations.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor degree (with relevant experience).
• Relevant experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple departments delivering in a highly complex, pressurized and high-volume environment.
• Advanced numeracy and Microsoft skills.
• Worked in Corporate and Investmentbusiness function i.e.: Global Markets, Middle Office, Wholesale Payments or Securities Services.
• Proven and evidenced successful senior business analyst experience.
• Extensive requirements analysis, elaboration and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing automation strategies, with a strong understanding of systems architecture.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration, with experience in working with diverse teams across an organization.
• Advanced strategic thinking skills, with a track record of evaluating potential scenarios, assessing risks, and making informed decisions.
• Ability to keep sight of the overall context and remain centered on the strategic picture, identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and build out recommendation to proceed.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodology and experience of using JIRA and MS Office.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Exposure to business process smart tools i.e. Signavio, Visio or similar low code tools.
• Exposure to UX / UI Design Tools.
• Experience with frameworks such as Cucumber, Gherkin and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Project / Agile methodology Qualification.
