Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain

  business / financial models

  to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Conduct

  financial analysis

  and interpret data to assess business performance, identify risks, and highlight opportunities.
• Create and manage

  data visualizations and dashboards

  (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and design

  data-driven solutions

  .
• Perform

  variance analysis

  of budgets, forecasts, and financial results, providing key insights to management.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights, reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct

  scenario analysis and sensitivity testing

  for business decisions and investment opportunities.
• Support

  problem-solving

  initiatives by applying business analytics frameworks and tools.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis

  .
• Proficiency in

  data visualization tools

  (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Advanced

  Excel & MS Office

  skills.
• Excellent

  analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to simplify complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of

  finance, investments, and business strategy

  .
• Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Preferred Background:

• Any Graduate from top university

  .
• 2 years of relevant experience in

  business analytics, financial analysis, or consulting

  .
• Exposure to

  business intelligence tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making

  .
