Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities for organizational transformation, facilitating discussions that drive strategic initiatives, and guiding clients in their journey to outlearn and outperform their competition. You will also analyze current business processes and recommend improvements that align with industry best practices, ensuring that clients are well-equipped to adapt to changing market dynamics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with client objectives. - Develop and present strategic recommendations based on analysis of business needs and market trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Experience in developing and implementing business strategies that drive organizational change. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
