Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide advisory services that focus on business agility and technology innovation. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique challenges, facilitating workshops to promote organizational transformation, and collaborating with various teams to implement strategies that enhance their competitive edge. You will also analyze current processes and recommend improvements that align with industry best practices, ensuring that clients can adapt swiftly to changing market conditions and customer needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Technology. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on strategic initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Technology. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
