Job Title: Business Analyst Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Translate complex business problems into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure proper alignment. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product direction and differentiation. Assist in defining and measuring KPIs, success metrics, and ROI for initiatives. Develop process models, use case diagrams, and business flowcharts. Coordinate user testing, feedback loops, and implementation tracking. Support the creation of client presentations, product demos, and training materials. Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 0-1 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS, fintech, or tech-driven environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and SQL or BI dashboards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have Exposure to fraud analytics, risk management, or cybersecurity domains. Experience working with API documentation and technical product integrations. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance landscapes.
