This position is a first line sales function requiring internal and external customer interaction, handling customers for business prospects, generating enquiries, quoting, negotiating and converting into orders, follow up for sales order execution, collections and closing of all commercial activities. Costing, cost analysis and feasibility study for new enquiry from customers. Timely submission of quotation to customer after thorough feasibility study, analyzing all aspects of the RFQ and product and after approval from management. Obtaining price corrections with all OEMs and Tier 1 customers on a defined frequency as per metal price fluctuation and deemed by the Management. Managing relationship with Clients: Responsible for building strong relationship with OEMs. Preparing database of customers and following up on regular basis, tracking industry trends, OEM Growth plans, competitors strategies & activities etc. to focus on key growth areas & defining strategies. New Product Development of parts to customers coordinating with various cross functional teams in ensuring timely delivery of NPD samples to customers and closely working with the customer towards successful completion of trials and commencement of serial production. Industry: Auto Component Industry Functional Area: Supply Chain Management Department Education : B.E / B. Tech. Mechanical / Automobile , having minimum 3-6 years of experience in the same field.

This position is a first line NPD function requiring internal and external customer interaction, handling customers for business prospects, new product development after receipt of orders, follow up for NPD order execution, follow up with CFT members, vendors for timely completion and delivery of samples to customers. Leading NPD projects from concept to production, managing timelines and deliverables New Product Development of parts to customers coordinating with various cross functional teams in ensuring timely delivery of NPD samples to customers and closely working with the customer towards successful completion of trials and commencement of serial production. Manage all NPD activities and costs well within the budget allocated for the project. Handhold complete NPD activities from receipt of order till submission of samples and ensure a smooth handoff to regular production/SCM team with submission of all relevant information and samples. Validate all tools right from proto stage all the way till serial production tooling and handing off to regular production. Managing relationship with Clients: Responsible for building strong relationships with OEMs. Industry: Auto Component Industry Functional Area: New Product Development Department (Marketing) Role: Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager New Product Development Education: B.E - Any Specialization, having minimum three to five years of experience in the same field. Note: Should have real interest for the profile. Excellent communication skills are must.
