As a Bus & Technology Delivery Associate at Accenture, your primary responsibility will involve helping balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. You will be driving marketing performance by leveraging deep functional and technical expertise to accelerate time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale. Your focus areas will include Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns - Creating and designing Digital Marketing Ads & Promotions - Demonstrating excellent written communication and organizational skills - Developing and delivering client-focused solutions through superior support interactions - Utilizing critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to investigate and follow-up appropriately - Adapting to a rapidly changing environment and adjusting communication styles as per customer needs - Troubleshooting and providing customer service in a technical support environment - Having a good understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript - Basic knowledge of Google office tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) - Understanding of the Digital Marketing domain and knowledge of Ad Servers would be an additional benefit In this role, you will be expected to focus on delivering key results such as customer satisfaction, first-time resolution, efficiency, and quality metrics.
