Role & responsibilities Design and develop busbar configurations for HT and LT panels Perform current-carrying capacity calculations, thermal analysis, and short-circuit withstand verification. Busbar 3D design based on the load requirements of the power panel. Interpret electrical SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and GA (General Arrangement) drawings for proper busbar design. Select appropriate materials (Copper /Aluminum) and insulation for busbars based on application and standards.
