Nurture naturally with Burt's Bees Baby. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Coimbatore. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, managing quality assurance programs, and maintaining a high level of product quality. Daily tasks include inspecting products, identifying quality issues, and recommending improvements to meet company and regulatory standards. Qualifications Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards Skills in conducting Quality Auditing Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
