We are now looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to help scale our client partnerships. Responsibilities: Own and execute the go-to-market strategy to acquire and grow relationships with U.S. based tech clients, including direct clients and Tier 1 partners. Identify high-impact opportunities through outbound, referrals, and partnerships to drive revenue growth in core verticals (SDEs, DevOps, Data, Product, Cloud). Lead deal origination, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing , acting as the primary point of contact for client CXOs and decision-makers. Work cross-functionally with the sourcing, delivery, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery execution. Maintain full pipeline visibility using CRM tools and ensure a consultative sales process aligned with client hiring objectives. Stay ahead of trends in the U.S. tech hiring ecosystem and evolve our value proposition to meet changing client needs. Qualifications: 6–10 years of experience in US IT recruitment sales or business development , with at least 2+ years leading client accounts or BD strategy. Proven success in building and scaling direct client relationships , preferably in the tech hiring ecosystem. Strong understanding of the U.S. hiring lifecycle , including staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099), recruitment SLAs, and delivery alignment. Networked with decision-makers in product and engineering functions at U.S.-based startups and enterprises. Proficient with CRM tools, sales automation platforms (Apollo, Instantly, etc.), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Background in a tech-enabled recruitment startup or talent platform . Familiarity with MSP/VMS systems and enterprise hiring structures.
